What the pilot established

A practical model worth strengthening.

The first workshop showed the value of combining teaching with immediate guided work. It also gave us questions to answer about follow-through, format and outcomes before expanding.

We will publish participant reflections and verified outcomes only with consent and enough evidence to present them responsibly.

What we will measure

Progress beyond attendance.

Our impact framework will follow practical actions and employment outcomes that matter.

Positioning progress

CV, LinkedIn and the ability to explain experience clearly.

Application behaviour

Better-fit roles, tailored applications and greater consistency.

Interview confidence

Relevant examples, stronger preparation and clearer communication.

Opportunity outcomes

Interviews, offers, transitions and internships when verified.

Community continuity

Participation in follow-up labs, mentorship and peer support.

Partner value

What institutions learn about career-readiness needs and programme design.

Accountability

An outcome report is in development.

We are building a responsible approach to follow-up and reporting before making claims about long-term impact.
